Price point and home style do vary quite a bit. Big Canoe is home to a selection of “treetop” homes (forest bungalows with large windows—and excellent rental opportunity) that begin in the upper-$200,000 range, up to about $400,000. These picturesque little homes are uniquely round in design and are often located near the riverside.
